We are AMEX AUDIO, one of the largest and most prominent Slovak rental companies providing all-inclusive technical solutions for all kinds of events, whether it’s festivals for thousands or television gala evenings. We have it all – sound, light, video and LED technologies, constructions, stages, and of course an amazing group of experienced and creative professionals, who love their job.
We’ve been on the Slovak scene since 1994. However, our roots go even further – to 1987, when Laco Dečák, the company’s founder, worked as a sound engineer for some of the most legendary Slovak bands and artists like Elán, Vašo Patejdl, Modus, or Beáta Dubasová.
After the revolution Laco teamed up with his brother Igor, and in the next two decades they transformed a small family business into a major, renowned company, which is capable of providing for events of basically any size. Today, AMEX AUDIO does not only mean concerts and tours, but also huge corporate events and parties, and productions of popular television shows such as Zem spieva, Najväčší Slovák, or OTO.
However, concerts and festivals still remain deeply rooted in our hearts. We always have and still do assist with technically providing for Slovak festival classics such as Pohoda, Uprising, or Bratislava Jazz Days, and have worked on hundreds of Slovak concerts of world known artists such as Jethro Tull, Dire Straits or James Blunt.
